ores above is now widely used as additive in the production of paper, rubber,

Process description:
1) Storage of ores:
The raw ores such as limestone, talc and bentonite are to be transported from the
mines by the conveyors or trucks to the stock yard in the plant, and then, put
into the feed hopper by the pay loaders. The size of ore diameter is normally less
than 210mm, but their sizes can be allowable from 500mm to 1,000mm according
to the handling capacity of a jaw crusher.

2) First crushing of the ores by the jaw crusher:
The raw ores stored in the feed hopper are conveyed to a jaw crusher by the feeder
to crush ores roughly to make its size about 20mm to 30mm suitable for the next
crushing by the roller mill (MTM medium speed trapezium mill). The crushed ores
by the jaw crusher are to be stored in the ore bin by the bucket elevator. One
of the functions of the ore bin is to adjust the operation time of pre-treatment.

3) Second crushing of the ores by MTM medium speed trapezium mill:
The targeted particle size of the ores can be produced by crushing of the first crushed
ores in the ore bin with the MTM medium speed trapezium mill. Vibrating feeder
is automatically controlled to feed the exact volume of the crushed ores to
the MTM medium speed trapezium mill.

4) Collection of the product particles:
Since there is the mixture of targeted particle size of the ores as well

Working Principle of Straight Centrifugal Grinder:
The motor brings along the central shaft to drive through the belt pulley. The lower part of the shaft connects with the hanger, on the frame is loaded with the roller equipment. The roller equipment does revolve around the central rotation, at the same time it revolves around the grinding rings, and it self also rotates on account of the rubbing effect. And the material will vertically fall down from the Silo. After distributing, the material falls into the space of the rollers and rings to grind on account of the centrifugal force yielding from the extruding, thus get the powder.
